Awarded 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford today announced that it has once again received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. Now in its fifth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great reviews on TripAdvisor. Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience. When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honourees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. Company of the Year Award – Finalist

We feel very honored to be recognized a finalist for the Company of the Year Award at the 2015 Business Excellence Awards that were hosted by the Chamber of Commerce Brantford-Brant on May 7, 2015.  Our staff takes great pride in consistently offering an exceptional experience to our guests. Honoured with Booking.com’s 2014 Award of Excellence

The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford has been honoured with Booking.com’s 2014 Award of Excellence.  This award is in recognition of the Hampton’s dedication and care in meeting and exceeding guests’ expectations based on achievement of an overall guest review score of 8.6. “Being recognized for our hard work and commitment to our guests is wonderful and it means even more when it is based on our guests’ actual reviews,” Kieran Wells, Sales & Marketing Manager. This is the fourth award received for 2014. The Hampton received the prestigious 2014 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award, earned a space on Expedia’s Insiders Select list, and an employee was awarded with Hilton Worldwide’s sought after ‘Spirit of Hampton’ Award.

Team Member Honoured with ‘Spirit of Hampton’ Award

Hampton Hotels, the global brand of more than 1,900 hotels and over 50,000 Hampton team members, has honored Marie Callan, Housekeeping Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford,  with the company’s ‘Spirit of Hampton’ Award. This award is the brand’s highest form of individual recognition and Spirit Award winners represent less than 2% of the entire Hilton Worldwide team member population.  Nominated by their peers because of their positive impact on guests, team members, and the hotel overall, winners are selected monthly and receive brand wide recognition, an award statue, a surprise congratulatory call from a brand executive, and $350.
